Arrival gate on the 2nd floor
●Upon arrival, please follow the guidance of airline staff to the arrival gate (or baggage claim area for passengers with checked baggage). For security reasons, once you proceed to the baggage claim area, you will not be allowed to return. Please be careful. 

Arrivals gate (1st floor) / Baggage claim / Baggage claim areabr> ●Please confirm your airline and flight number on the information board at the baggage claim area, pick up your checked baggage from the turnstile, and proceed to the exit. Please check your baggage receipt against the number on your baggage receipt.
※If your baggage has not arrived to baggage retrieval or is damaged, please notify the airline staff.

●Please proceed to the arrival lobby. As soon as you exit the front door, you will see the bus stop.
