Wheelchairs are available at the Information Desk on the 1st floor and at the entrance of each terminal.

If a departing passenger calls us in advance, we will assist the passenger from the time of arrival at the airport to the check-in counter of his/her airline.

Parking spaces reserved for disabled visitors (parking lot)

Special parking spaces reserved for disabled visitors are available in two locations: beside the Domestic Terminal, and beside the International Terminal.
When using the parking permit system, please display the permit in a place where it can be seen from outside the vehicle. If the permit is not displayed, the staff may check the status of validity.

There are dedicated drop-off zones for disabled persons. At the domestic terminal, they are located at entrance/exit numbers 1 (north side) and 5 (south side); at the international terminal, they are located near entrance/exit number 2. These drop-off zones have been designed to be free of curbs and sidewalk obstacles, ensuring that customers using wheelchairs or similar devices can easily disembark passenger vehicles. The drop-off zone near entrance/exit number 2 of the international terminal building is also suitable for disabled persons to board as well as disembark vehicles.

Elevators

All elevators are wheelchair accessible. They have a wide frontage and interior space and are equipped with a low control panel for easy operation by wheelchair users. In addition, voice guidance and braille on the operation panel make it possible for the visually impaired to operate the elevators.

Moving Sidewalks

Moving sidewalks have been installed in the area after security inspections to facilitate customer movement. The steps are minimized as much as possible, and voice guidance is provided to warn passengers when getting on and off the sidewalks. In particular, voice guidance is given a little earlier at the exiting area to allow time for passengers to prepare to get off.
In addition, the direction-of-operation (no-entry) indicator, which guides passengers to avoid getting on from the wrong side, is indicated by LED lighting that can be seen clearly at an angle.

Tactile Paving

Tactile paving connects each transportation stop to the nearest information center. In addition, tactile paving is placed at the foot of stairways and other places where there is a difference in elevation, elevator call buttons, and restroom braille information maps to indicate caution and location.
