Yamakataya’s specialty, Yakisoba, is the soul food of Kagoshima, selling 200,000 servings a year.

Kawakyu's tonkatsu is characterized by its fine, moist meat, subtle sweetness, and pork with a light, mild fat. The pork cutlet is made with Watanabe Berkshire ranch Kurobuta pork.

We’ve used Kuro-Satsuma chicken chashu—with its perfect texture and rich, deep umami flavor—to create this chilled Chinese noodle dish, which is perfect for hot summer days.
