Tsukiyomi Torisoba

This ramen restaurant serves a new type of chicken paitan soup with a creamy, collagen-rich chicken broth. You can also add white truffle oil available on the table for a different flavor.
In addition, as a menu unique to the Kagoshima Airport, we also offer Satsuma-age (fried fish cake), Kurobuta (roasted pork), and other Kagoshima-style snacks and drinks.

This is Tsukiyomi's standard ramen. The generous number of kujo-negi onions and chicken char siu pork are also a must-try.

The addition of butter gives the chicken paitan soup an extra richness, and the refreshing sourness of lemon is the perfect match. We also recommend using the white truffle oil available on the table for a different flavor.

Chicken paitan soup made from 100% domestic chicken boiled several kinds of chili peppers and sesame paste.
The deep flavor of the mild and pleasantly spicy broth is addictive.
