It is ideal for group meals during waiting times prior to flights or in-between flight transfers. Seating is available for 24 persons up to a maximum of 108 persons.

Usage Instructions
About Reservations
Reservations are accepted by telephone up to 3 months in advance.(business hours: 9:00 - 17:00)
At the time of the application, please advise the following details.
- Scheduled date
- Usage time
- Number of persons
- Group name
- Any requirements for audio equipment or food and drink services
- Name of applicant and contact details
Cancellation Fees
- Up to 3 days prior to the scheduled date: no fee
- 1 or 2 days prior to the scheduled date: 50% of the fee
- Same day cancellation (with notification): 80% of the fee
- Same day cancellation (without notification): 100% of the fee
Payment Method
Cash prepayment on the day.Extension Fee
Addition of half the basic fee for every 30 minutes.Usage of Facilities
Please notify in advance if microphone equipment or the like is required.Food and Drink Services
Restaurants are available within the airport if you need food and/or drink.Please note:
- Customers are requested to arrange tables and chairs themselves. Furthermore, it is requested that the room be returned to its original state after use. Please allow time for this when making bookings.
- Please refrain from posting notices within the room, corridors or on the walls.
- Selling of goods in the rooms is prohibited.
- Replacement costs may be requested for damage to any items within the rooms.
